There is a weekly team meeting that consistently surfaces issues, aligns priorities, and leads to clear decisions—without dragging or wasting time.

Why This Project Matters

There are a lot of different decisions that get made in a business: HOW things are done, WHAT success looks like, WHEN to shift priorities, and WHY you are doing things in the first place. When you've got a team, all of those decisions need to be communicated. After all, if the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing — that's where you can run into problems.

But it can be hard to find the sweet spot when it comes to communication. On the one hand, you can end up:

  • Constantly getting pinged and interrupted with questions, decisions, needing to review things, etc.
  • Spending too much time in meetings, on calls, sending emails, reminding people of things in Slack…
  • Bottlenecks keep showing up because it takes so much work to keep everything together and everyone in the loop

But the flip side isn't any better. When the day-to-day is a black box:

  • You only find out about problems after they've blown up (and then it's all hands on deck to fix it)
  • If someone gets sick, takes a vacation, or leaves — you have to scramble to figure out how to get things done
  • It can lead to a lot of uncertainty. You want to assume people are doing what you've paid them for, but are they really?

The goal is to find a rhythm for team communication that finds the sweet spot — so you can focus on strategy and the big picture, let the team fan out beneath you to take care of the day-to-day, have confidence and clarity that everyone is doing the right things, and free yourself up to spend your time, money, and energy on high-value activities that will actually grow the business.

This one weekly conversation is like the heartbeat of your business. Just like your heart pumps oxygen to your muscles and organs, the Team Tactical is what helps move your team's focus toward the areas of sales, marketing, and fulfillment that need attention.
