Why This Project Matters

At the end of the day, there are only 3 ways to add more revenue to your business. You can sell to more people, sell to the same people more often, or sell to the same people with higher prices. Any of these will work, but the real magic happens when you can do all three at once.

That requires a simple, streamlined offer that every new client can get results from — without time-consuming custom work during discovery calls, in creating custom proposals and packages, or in delivery.

Without a Solution Framework in place:

  • Each engagement takes a wildly different amount of time, meaning you need to do custom scoping and proposals every time.
  • Clients may get parts of the solution they don't want or need.
  • You end up overdelivering or overworking just to get it done.
