Grow Your People
Build the policies and practices that make team development intentional and consistent—covering PD time, PD budget, career progression, and how promotions and role transitions actually work.
Key team members have clear growth paths and are actively working toward them through regular, structured development conversations.
Why This Project Matters
Development without structure is just good intentions. When a team member asks "what does my future look like here?" or "can I get support for this course?", the answer shouldn't depend on how you're feeling that day or whether they happened to catch you at the right moment.
The businesses that retain and grow great people are the ones that have made deliberate decisions about how development works — how much time people get for learning, how PD is funded, what progression looks like from one level to the next, and what happens when someone is ready for a new role. These decisions don't have to be complicated. But they do have to exist, be documented, and be applied consistently.
This project builds that infrastructure. Not another conversation — a system.
